Heated Syringe  

 

 

 

Heating by electrical system and uniform distribution of heat with electronic control.

 

Cooled Syringe 

 

 

The temperature of the material is reduced by a heat exchanger, by recirculating a cold fluid.

 

Two-component syringe  

 

Simultaneous extrusion of two materials, which are mixed in the mouthpiece of the syringe by a system that produces a homogeneous compound.

 

Heating bed  

 

This deposition platform has a totally uniform heating system over its entire surface, with electronic control to keep the temperature stable.

 

Refrigerated  

 

The cooling of the surface on which the material is extruded is carried out by means of a fluid recirculation system, which maintains a constant temperature below room temperature.

 

Extruder and pellet system  

 

For winding filament System for the creation of filament of material in pellet format. It also includes a winding system to facilitate the storage of the filament created.

 

 

Curing system with ultraviolet light 

 

Source of ultraviolet light with direct impact on the extruded material, to produce its curing and hardening. It is possible to perform automatic or manual control.

 

Camera 

 

Monitoring of the printing process and registration of images during the same. It is possible to make a fixed approach to the production in progress or an approach on a higher plane.

 

Head with individual Z movement of each extruder or syringe 

 

 

Allows printing on different supports: bed, Petri dish, well plate, etc. Increasing the printing versatility of the bioprinter, as well as the modularity and ease in the exchange of printing tools with the plug & play installation system.
